"They charged me the right amount..."
They charged me the right amount, so no issue there. But the invoice was a little confusing and had that polished company wording that always makes me wonder what they’re trying to gloss over. I figured it out eventually, but it could’ve been clearer

"Fast shipping and a solid first experience"
As someone who gets way too excited about new books arriving, I was happy with my Book Outlet order. I grabbed a few books and they showed up in about a week, which was faster than I expected. One of them had a small dent on the corner, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and was mostly just thrilled they got here so quickly.

"Pretty easy checkout overall"
Checking out on Book Outlet was, like, smooth for me. My cart updated just fine, the shipping info was clear enough, and the payment went through without any weird error messages or anything like that. The only small thing was that I almost missed where to put the promo code, but, I mean, it wasn’t really a big deal. I got my order placed in just a few minutes, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

I ordered a few bargain and scratch & dent books, figuring they’d probably have the usual little bumps or marks, and that’s basically what showed up. One had a small ding on the corner, but nothing major at all. I always assume these kinds of listings can be a bit hit or miss, so I really appreciated that the condition notes were actually accurate. No weird surprises, just good books at a good price. I’m happy with them.

I was browsing around and found a few books at really good prices, so I tossed them in my cart thinking I’d gotten a nice little deal. But once I got to checkout, the shipping cost kind of killed it for me. The books were cheap, but the delivery fee made the total feel not really worth it. I just wish the shipping was a bit lower, because the book prices themselves are solid.

I wish I’d paid more attention to detailed listings like these sooner. The book pages had pretty much everything I needed before buying, like the condition, format, ISBN, and cover details, so I wasn’t stuck guessing and hoping for the best.
I ordered a few used books and thankfully they showed up just like the listings said they would. It made me realize how much time I’ve wasted in the past buying from vague pages when complete info makes the whole thing so much easier.

"Everything showed up as expected"
I’ve ordered from Book Outlet a couple times now, and so far the books have matched what I picked. The hardcovers were actually hardcovers, and the paperbacks were the same versions I was expecting. I know that sounds like a small thing, but after the last time with another order, I really noticed it. No strange edition mix-ups or surprises yet, so I’m happy with it. Easy 5 stars from me.

I got a Book Outlet gift card for my birthday and used it last week when I placed an order. Adding it at checkout was simple, and the amount came off the total right away.

I thought it might be a little confusing, but it was straightforward and useful. Nothing glitched, the order went through normally, and I still got all the usual email updates.

The books arrived in good shape too, so the whole experience was smooth. I’d definitely be happy to use a gift card here again.

I ordered a few books from Book Outlet and, everything showed up exactly how I picked it out. I’ve ordered from Book Outlet a few times now, and honestly... the selection is really solid. I’ll usually hop on looking for one specific book, then somehow end up with a cart full of others that were already on my list. What I like most is that a lot of titles are actually in stock, even some I don’t really see in other places. Sure, some books sell out fast, but there’s always something good to find. I’ve been really happy with it!

I’ve ordered from Book Outlet a few times now, the prices are usually “really good.” Some of the books have small marks, stickers, or little imperfections, but for what you’re paying, I think it’s totally fair. Shipping can be a bit slow sometimes, but overall it’s still “worth it” for me

My order hasn't arrived in a month! the tracking hasn't moved, and they are ignoring my emails. what do i do?

Hi, i ordered a few books on friday, and i live in ontario. i still haven't gotten the tracking info, so i was wondering when i'll receive them?

Does the scratch and dents book has the possibility that it doesn't have a dust jacket? i'm pretty much concerned about that. i really dont have any problems with the scratches or possible dents but not having a dust jacket concerns me. thank you
